A job aid designed to make mobile ordering easy.

As part of an internship interview process, I was tasked with developing a one-page job aid that could help a novice user complete a task on a common smartphone app. I created a guide to place a pickup order on Chipotle’s mobile app, with which I am very familiar, using Canva software. Sequential cues, “action-box” highlights, and pithy copy were key design choices while remaining conscientious of accessibility for red-green colorblind users.

While presenting this job aid, I also walked through a slide deck that explained my design choices, obstacles I faced, and areas where I saw potential for improvement. Click on the image to the right to view my slides in PDF form. Google Slide templates were provided by Slides Carnival.
